Mr. Gregory Glaros is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of SYNEXXUS, Inc. an American Electronic System Design, Manufacturing, and Lead System Integration Company as well as an Industrial Internet of Things market leader for Smart Grid and Smart City initiatives. Mr. Glaros led SYNEXXUS for 14 years and grew the company into a leading Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 electronics hardware, integrated software and system engineering Company. SYNEXXUS’ product line spanned quantitative analysis of complex systems to the design and manufacturing of rugged data distribution systems, cyber secure architectures, integrated sensor software for vehicles, and industrial enterprise solutions. SYNEXXUS was blessed by rapid growth totaling more than $110 million in revenue whose field operations and system installations span globally from Canada to Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Glaros is the holder of numerous patents and was the pioneer of the Nation’s first large scale all carbon fiber stealth patrol boat to be deployed with U.S. Armed Forces and U.S. allies. He was also the Program Executive of the Department of Defense’s Directed Energy Program and Operational Responsive Space effort (Space Force) by giving SpaceX its first contract. His clients ranged from Department of Defense customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy and SOCOM to the FBI, FAA, Foreign Militaries, Data Centers (Facebook) Energy Sector (Utilities), Industrial Customers (Barrick Gold) and Cities (NYC & DC).

Before founding SYNEXXUS, Mr. Gregory Glaros served for twenty years in the U.S. Navy as a Strike/Fighter Pilot and qualified Surface Warfare Officer. As a Naval Officer, Mr. Glaros was a combat leader who commanded and led officers and sailors in several positions and assignments. These included four combat tours during Desert Shield / Storm, in Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq. Mr. Glaros was also the principle architect for several transformative, billion-dollar military business initiatives that linked evolving technology to emerging operations. He designed and rapidly fielded new technology platforms to include STILETTO, an all carbon fiber high-speed vessel, family of Tactical MicroSatellites, Commercial space launch initiatives, and Directed Energy weapons. His military and business leadership created programs, products and platforms that changed the way systems are designed, procured and operated.

Mr. Glaros was graduated by the U.S. Naval Academy as an Aerospace Engineer, received Space System and Electrical Engineering Master of Science degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School, attended the Naval War College and was an Airwing Strike Leader graduate of the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center “Top Gun”. He currently serves as a member of the U.S. Naval Institute Foundation Board of Trustees, as a Trustee of the Naval Academy Athletic and Scholarship Foundation and is Chairman of the Board for EmPower a market leader in the monitoring, metering and security of Power Transformers on the Smart Grid. He is an active promoter of
S.T.E.M., Women in Engineering and Engineering Capstone programs throughout the U.S.
